All members of our software development team are highly-skilled graduates and many come to us having already spent some time in related professional positions. The most experienced are trained in project management or take on software architect roles, depending on their predispositions.
Most of our engineers are graduates of the Silesian University of Technology and hold an MSc in either computer science or control engineering. We recruit them carefully, looking not only for first-rate programming skills but also a passion for their subject. The Silesian University of Technology is one of Poland's leading research establishments and its graduates are given an excellent grounding in software development processes. The majority of our team - around 75 per cent - also have good English language skills.
