Daria Polończyk

Daria is an IT product design expert with over 14 years of experience. She started her professional career as a quality assurance engineer. Later, she turned into business analysis and project management to finally become the Head of Analysis and Design department at Future Processing, a 1000 people strong tech company. As a leader to over 70 specialists, she is responsible for developing organisations in terms of business process optimization, IT product design and consultancy services. She shares her experience and knowledge when walking clients through digital transformation and strategy planning, while focusing on human centered solutions.
