Since 2013, I’ve led agile teams as a Team Leader and Scrum Master, specializing in UK-based projects. My role has involved building high-performing Scrum teams from the ground up, as well as taking over existing teams – each bringing its own rewarding challenges. I find working with people incredibly fulfilling, especially in helping individuals grow professionally and come together as cohesive, effective teams.
