Karolina Bojdak

Former professional volleyball player who started working as software developer and quickly discovered that: dedication, self-discipline and ability to play in the team are equally important in both worlds. In her professional career Karolina used to be a leader of some of the most effective Future Processing Scrum teams developing deep knowledge and intrinsic understanding of Agile approach. After gaining several years of experience as Team Leader (and Scrum Master) Karolina joined PMO at FP and for the past four years has been responsible for our leaders and their development as well as for the resourcing team.
