Challenge: The initial main need was to improve the performance and capabilities of the existing system and prepare the foundations for the development of a new product.
Approach: As the plans changed and the new product was postponed, our Support & Maintenance team was requested to implement a couple of new functionalities in the current legacy system.
Result: We proactively conducted an audit of the client’s Azure services. After preparing a report, it became clear that we can easily cut the monthly cloud costs – they are now reduced by 40%.
