We took over TrustMark’s project under tight time pressure, delivering new functionalities, API changes, and migrating 53 services and 5 pipelines to a new Azure subscription within 20 days, cutting cloud costs by 72%.

We reduced the infrastructure from 4 to 2 environments, and unnecessary Azure Resources: 39% of App Services, 25% of Function APPs, 33% of Databases, 25% of Storages. The client praised our swift execution and cost-saving results.
