Future Processing’s EcoVadis score has risen from 38 in 2024 to 53 in 2025 and 58 in 2026. This represents a 20-point improvement over three assessment cycles and reflects the continued development of the company’s sustainability management system.
About the Methodology
EcoVadis assesses the quality of a company’s sustainability management through its policies, actions and reported results. The assessment covers four areas: environment, labour and human rights, ethics, and sustainable procurement. It also identifies strengths and areas where further action may be required.
For Future Processing, the latest score provides an external view of the progress made in turning ESG commitments into defined policies, measurable objectives and accountable business practices.
A structured approach to ESG
A structured approach to ESG
Future Processing’s approach to ESG covers environmental impact, people and communities, and ethical business conduct. It is supported by an ESG report prepared with reference to the Global Reporting Initiative Standards, as well as public policies covering areas such as environmental management, anti-corruption, diversity and inclusion, modern slavery, responsible AI and business ethics.
The company measures its greenhouse gas emissions in line with the GHG Protocol and has set environmental objectives for 2030. These include reducing greenhouse gas emissions, heat consumption and water use compared with the 2022 baseline. A dedicated committee monitors energy, heat and water consumption, as well as waste management and progress against environmental KPIs.
Future Processing has also identified four UN Sustainable Development Goals as particularly relevant to its work: Good Health and Well-being, Quality Education, Decent Work and Economic Growth, and Reduced Inequalities. Further information is available on the company’s sustainability page.
For us, organisational maturity means understanding what clients need and being able to demonstrate how we meet those expectations. Improving our EcoVadis score and maintaining our FSQS registration support that work by helping us assess our practices, strengthen the evidence behind them and identify gaps. This gives clients a clearer basis for evaluating Future Processing as a long-term partner.

Supporting supplier assurance through FSQS
Supporting supplier assurance through FSQS
Future Processing has also satisfied the requirements to become fully registered on the FSQS supplier qualification system and has received an FSQS registered certificate from Hellios.
FSQS gives participating financial services organisations access to a validated supplier profile. The qualification process examines areas such as data privacy, cyber and information security, business continuity, environmental practices, labour standards, responsible business governance and supply chain management.
Hellios reviews the information submitted by suppliers before it is made available to participating buyers. This helps procurement and risk teams assess potential partners through a consistent supplier assurance process.
The FSQS registration and the improvement in Future Processing’s EcoVadis score provide clients and partners with additional insight into the company’s policies and ESG management practices. They also help Future Processing identify areas for further development as expectations around responsible supply chains continue to grow.
