We analyze some data (e.g. mini-surveys, comments) due to our legitimate interests, especially so that we can offer attractive place of work for our employees and minimizing the number of persons who wish to leave the company.

Sometimes we might need additional data from you (e.g. related to your position) or information on third party (e.g. to sign them up for additional insurance).

We also allow you to interact with other employees and your employer through our internal systems. The scope of the data may vary depending on the purpose of the platform, the specific interaction, and what you yourself voluntarily choose to share.

Recipients of the personal data

We might share your data with our clients or potential clients, business partners and entities that provide services on our behalf of and on our commission (e.g. entities providing email services, hosting, technical support, consultancy or audit services).

Sometimes we might be obliged to provide information to eligible authorities acting on lawful basis (e.g. court, prosecutor’s office, supervisory authorities).

If you had given consent, we may pass your data to your future or potential employer or business partner, if one requests such information from us.

After your trial period ends we will pass your data to the provider of employee benefits (unless you let us know you do not want to participate in that programme) and to other companies helping us with various promotional activities and contests.

Transfers of data to third countries

Some of our recruitment data is stored in systems delivered by other companies, located outside European Economic Area. In such cases we always execute the data processing agreement witch such companies based on standard data protection clauses in accordance with GDPR, or we base our processing on other legal mechanisms (like Data Privacy Framework or adequacy decision issued by European Commission).
