Many years of software development experience and being a Microsoft Gold Partner enables us to offer SharePoint products to the highest standards.
Our constantly growing team of engineers have already delivered tens of projects for various companies, including those for our internal use.
Microsoft SharePoint is a powerful and complex suite of software that represents the benefits of an intranet: gathers people within the organisation and keeps company’s digital assets not only safe but also attainable anytime, anywhere.

Strengthens cooperation between co-workers
SharePoint enables people within the organisation to interact with each other. They can co-work on documents online by marking and tracking changes, simultaneously asking questions on discussion forums. What’s more, SharePoint also gives access to company’s internal blogs where employees might, for example, read about projects or find answers to questions.
Is easily accessible
SharePoint provides immediate access to projects or crucial documents anywhere you are, by keeping the content synced and up-to-date. So wherever you are, your business is there with you.
Allows access to previous versions
SharePoint utilises the storage space of your servers to keep not only the current version of your files but also the history of changes. Thanks to that, you can easily restore your documents to a previous state in case changes have gone wrong.
Facilitates the management process
SharePoint helps you prioritise your projects and tasks easing project organisation, so you are able to keep all your upcoming appointments and calendar on track, even during hectic times.
Integrates with Microsoft's products
SharePoint, being a product of Microsoft, integrates with the Office Suite, Office Apps on Mobile Devices, and Office Web Apps which makes it easy to store, track, and manage electronic documents and assets. What is more, OneDrive for Business enables offline synchronisation. It provides integrated version history tracking, collaborative live editing, and search capabilities.
MyFuture is an intranet’s dashboard with a user-friendly and personalised interface. It is the central source of information on the company life, where employees can view and access the most important company tools. It has been customised to fit into our organisational values that are based on sharing thoughts freely, having discussions and exchanging ideas. MyFuture incorporates information from about 100 internal blogs.
A place to share ideas
This is a place where people can express their views and ideas regarding improvements within the company. People eagerly do it because they know they will be listened to. So far, we have realised many brilliant ideas, like our own Twitter wall, bicycle stands, or our own Kudo Box, which allows us to send a card to someone internally to say thank you, good job, etc.
Employee evaluation system
With hundreds of employees, the evaluation process became quite time consuming, and we don’t mean the meetings, but the staggering number of emails and reports that were sent back and forth. We created a simple workflow based on SharePoint that guides every person involved in the evaluation process. It is also the place for storing historical data regarding past evaluations.
Training management system
To facilitate a continuous development of employee skills, we created a SharePoint-based Training Management System. SharePoint made it easier for our training department, FPAcademy, to gather training needs, organise training (emails, invitation and a reminder in the calendar), evaluate and review it. Many of tedious manual tasks such as training evaluation have been automated. The system allows for a 40% saving of time during the collection of training needs alone.
It is a dashboard based on SharePoint that provides an overview of all the teams and projects run within the company. You can find out about team members: their role, seniority level, full-time equivalent, their assignments to projects and the end date of the assignment.
Progress Bar is a catering and recreational sports facility for employees and external customers. The facility is supported by third-party systems, and so we integrated it with our internal SharePoint systems and the access control system used in FP. This facilitates the process of ordering meals, counting discounts for FP employees, ordering goods for the restaurant and controls access to these areas of the building that are restricted to employees only.
Due to an ever increasing number of projects at Future Processing, a new solution was required to gather, publish and share basic knowledge on projects, such as: roles, methodology used, tools used etc. The solution we implemented is an advanced SharePoint taxonomy and includes a wiki and SharePoint social features, such as rating and commenting.
Another SharePoint-based functionality is Employee Dashboard, which helps us, among others to: apply for business trips, order business cards, book leave, order lunch or write a note to of our internal departments (e.g. maintenance or IT).
We believe that people should be given an easy access to vital information on the company life, a chance of finding out what’s on. Using SharePoint allowed us to keep them informed about the ongoing issues and news in a matter of seconds. What we do is share our most important news on TV flatscreens that hang in the corridors, so that information in the company can reach everyone quickly and efficiently.
