Technology partnership supporting digital transformation in the Utilities sector

Digital transformation has become a key trend in strategic sectors such as energy, water, and heating.

These changes are taking industries into a new era, where operational efficiency and security can be supported by artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning (ML).

In addition, the integration of cloud technologies and advanced analytics allow for effective forecasting of media demand and minimise the risk of failure.

Since 2000, Future Processing has been delivering technologies that support digital transformation, data management, regulatory compliance, and cybersecurity for companies worldwide.

For the past 11 years, we have been working with the largest utilities companies in Poland, including Tauron Dystrybucja and MPWiK Wrocław. Learn more about our projects.

Satya Nadella on SmartFlow

During his speech at "var Sovia = New Tech" (Warsaw, 2017), Satya Nadella, CEO of Microsoft, drew attention to SmartFlow – an innovative system that facilitates the detection of water supply failures.

The platform was developed through collaboration between Future Processing and MPWiK Wrocław. Thanks to the use of the system, it has already been possible to save over 20 million m3 of water, reducing water losses in Wrocław by about 6%.

SmartFlow has proven to be an effective tool, now used by 3 out of the 5 largest water supply companies in Poland, covering a monitored area that includes 10% of the country's population.

01

An advanced analytical platform that uses developed algorithms and mathematical and statistical models to process data from smart meters (AMI). Gridflow enables distribution system operators (DSOs) to increase cost efficiency and make more informed investment decisions regarding their energy networks.

02

A platform for effective management of water and sewage enterprises thanks to data. It collects, analyses and visualizes data from many databases and measurement devices in one place, which gives a full picture of the water and sewage network. The use of reduces failure durations and minimises losses.
