Every increment is standardised, production-grade and fully documented, with no proprietary dependencies. AI accelerates how we deliver, not what we deliver: the increment may include AI features or be completely AI-agnostic, the choice stays with you.

Milestone readiness
We confirm the delivery boundary, review your architecture, technical context and documentation, and agree the acceptance criteria with your team. We use the available materials, validate critical gaps with your subject matter experts, and make any resulting assumptions, dependencies and risks explicit.
Deliverables: agreed scope document, acceptance criteria, architecture review summary, documented assumptions and dependencies, risk register, and delivery baseline. The Milestone begins once the delivery boundary, acceptance criteria, critical dependencies and required access are confirmed.

Set up: context and baseline
We set up the delivery environment, activate the relevant domain context pack, and configure the agentic SDLC workflow. The goal is to reach productive delivery in days, not weeks.

Delivery cycles
Build cycles driven by agreed specifications, with continuous testing, human review and documentation. Working software is made available regularly for review and validation, making it the primary evidence of progress.

Quality and governance
Each delivery cycle is subject to explicit quality gates, including automated testing and human review. An automated test baseline is established from day one and maintained throughout the Milestone. Key architecture decisions, compliance considerations and technical trade-offs are documented and traceable.
Continuous UAT by your designated users is an essential part of the quality process. Each increment should be reviewed promptly against the agreed acceptance criteria, with feedback provided in time to be assessed and, where within scope, addressed in the following delivery cycles.

Handover and continuation plan
You receive the production-grade increment, a complete evidence pack (specification, implementation documentation, test results, decision log) and a clear recommendation for the next increment or scale path. By default, we provide a deployment pack that enables your team to deploy the increment within your environment; production deployment and post-deployment validation can be included when agreed as part of the Milestone scope from the outset.

Future Processing: a strategic partner with deep delivery experience
We take responsibility for the outcome, not just the time
Time-and-materials delivery shifts risk to you. You pay for effort; you own the result, including what goes wrong. Unlike a traditional fixed-price project, a Rapid Delivery Milestone does not require you to define and commit to the entire solution upfront.
The engagement is divided into short, independently valuable Milestones: each one delivers a production-grade increment at a fixed fee and ends with a decision point: continue, stop, reprioritise, pivot or expand.
If we underestimate something within the agreed scope, that is our problem to manage. After delivery, the next increment is easier to price accurately because we know your codebase, your architecture context and your team’s decision cadence.
Production delivery in a regulated environment is not the same as a fast demo
Cheaper automation can move quickly in a sandbox. Taking software live in an insurance, financial services or heavily regulated environment is a different challenge entirely: legacy system integration, auditability requirements, compliance sign-off, data governance and a test baseline the board can review are not sandbox problems.
It requires deep experience delivering enterprise-grade systems, domain knowledge, delivery discipline and accountability that extends beyond go-live.
Domain context from day one
We have built an Insurance domain context pack that reflects our long-standing experience delivering systems for the insurance sector and the expertise of our domain specialists: business and technology knowledge, delivery assumptions, vocabulary and risk awareness built up over years of insurance projects.

The Rapid Delivery Milestone approach is designed as a series of building blocks. Each Milestone has a predefined scope, a defined delivery window, predictable pricing and a measurable outcome.
Adding a new capability is straightforward: it fits into one additional Milestone. After every Milestone, you decide whether to continue, stop, reprioritise, pivot or expand. That decision is made with a working product in hand, not a status report or a project forecast.
The AI Delivery Engine is our methodology, not our marketing
The AI Native SDLC workflows, quality gates, domain context packs and delivery tooling we use are Future Processing IP. They allow us to fit more production-grade value into a 4-to-8-week window: not as a promise, but as a measured improvement against your delivery baseline. Any speed improvement we communicate is tied to your specific baseline or our own delivery evidence. We do not sell generic multipliers.

Pricing: three fixed-fee bands, not a day rate
RDM is priced within three fixed-fee bands based on scope and delivery complexity. An initial scoping call helps us understand the expected outcome, delivery boundary and key dependencies.
We then run a lightweight internal presales assessment to confirm the appropriate band and fixed fee. We come back to you with the recommended option, the reasons behind it and any key assumptions affecting the price.
Once the fee is confirmed, it stays fixed for that Milestone: no retroactive renegotiation within the agreed scope, and no surprises on invoicing.
Straight answers to the real objections
Is this only for AI products?
No. Rapid Delivery Milestone accelerates production-grade software delivery for any bounded increment. The scope may include AI features, but the core value is a combination of pace, engineering discipline and governance, backed by deep delivery experience, not fast output alone. Workflow tools, portals, modules, admin dashboards and modernisation increments are all valid scope.
Can you guarantee faster delivery?
We can guarantee faster delivery on an engagement level – it’s decided on an individual project basis. For RDM we provide a clearly bounded outcome, a defined delivery timeframe and a fixed fee. Our agentic SDLC, short feedback loops, continuous testing and human review are designed to maintain delivery momentum while protecting quality. You know what will be delivered, by when and for what price.
You are not committing to a large engagement to find out if this works. Try us on one Milestone: you get a production-grade increment, full documentation and an evidence pack, so you can take the result and move production elsewhere if you choose to.
We already have developers. Why not just use our internal team?
This is not staff augmentation. You do not receive additional development time; you receive a bounded outcome with architecture accountability, quality gates, an automated test baseline and a delivery evidence pack your board can review. If your internal team is stretched or blocked on a specific increment, we take that increment to production.
RDM can also provide a practical reference point for AI-enabled delivery. By comparing the Milestone results with your team’s existing estimates or historical delivery data for comparable work, you can see where AI-supported workflows reduce effort, shorten feedback loops or limit rework. The increment is then handed over with the agreed documentation, delivery evidence and a clear continuation plan.

For a production-grade increment in a regulated environment (legacy system integration, full auditability, compliance sign-off, a test baseline your security team will approve), the delivery assumptions are different. What will the full solution cost?
We price the first bounded increment. After delivering it, the next increment or scale path is significantly easier to estimate accurately, because we know your codebase, your architecture decisions and an established delivery cadence. Committing to a full transformation price before a single increment is delivered is false precision. It tends to mean either inflated buffers on our side or unexpected scope changes on yours.
What if the scope turns out to be more complex than we expected?
Complexity within the agreed delivery boundary is our risk to manage. If you need to change scope during the Milestone, we flag the impact transparently and agree together: adjust budget, adjust scope, or carry the change to the next increment. We do not absorb unlimited scope silently, and we do not surprise you with it at the end of a sprint.
Can you price the full roadmap now?
We can provide an indicative roadmap budget or pricing range, but we only confirm a fixed fee for the next Milestone. Committing to a full roadmap price before the first increment is delivered means either building in significant contingency or transferring significant risk to you. Fixed-fee confirmation requires validated scope, confirmed integrations, compliance requirements and agreed acceptance criteria for that specific increment. You get budget visibility for the roadmap and price certainty for the next Milestone.
We already have an RFP. Is this still relevant?
Yes. If you already have an RFP or defined solution requirements, Rapid Delivery Milestone changes your delivery model, not your business objective. We review the RFP, confirm the delivery boundary and acceptance criteria, and divide the implementation into a sequence of independently valuable Milestones.
Each Milestone has an agreed scope, a defined delivery window, a fixed fee and measurable acceptance criteria. After every Milestone, you can continue, reprioritise, expand or stop based on working software and current business priorities, without committing to the entire roadmap upfront.
Why not validate the idea with a proof of concept first?
If your direction is not yet validated, the right starting point is a Value Prototype Sprint: a separate, bounded engagement that delivers more than a prototype. It produces implementation discovery, a high-level backlog, an implementation roadmap, preliminary effort estimation and the business case materials needed for internal approval.
Rapid Delivery Milestone picks up from a confirmed direction. You do not need to complete a Value Prototype Sprint first; if you already have defined requirements, a backlog or an RFP, you can start directly with a Milestone.
