December is always a special time for us since we get involved in the process of carefully selecting and sending Christmas gifts to our clients, partners and friends. This year, however, we decided to take a different approach.

We invited them to join us in choosing gifts for those in need via UNICEF – an organisation that works in over 190 countries and territories to save children’s lives, to defend their rights, and to help them fulfil their potential, from early childhood through adolescence.

What’s a better way to gear up for holidays than making a direct impact on the lives of children?

Every person participating in our action received a link to a dedicated blockchain platform along with a unique token. Every user had six votes to distribute among options presented by UNICEF’s “Inspired Gifts”.

We were looking for a way to show gratitude and affection to our clients and partners, trying to make good use of the funds allocated for gifts, since last year, we sent nearly 300 packages. That is why we have decided to get involved in cooperation with UNICEF and we try to encourage as many of our partners as possible to get involved in the “Inspired Gifts” project. After all, giving presents is much more pleasant than receiving them – says Michał Sztanga, Managing Director of Future Processing.

We strongly believe in utilising the latest technologies in order to provide a product that may improve lives of many which is why we’re proud that the voting was possible thanks to a blockchain voting platform brought by our blockchain specialists.

As a result of our action we were able to provide:

While we’re overjoyed to have helped so many children in need, we are also honoured to have so many bighearted people work with us.

With this post we would also like to wish you all the best for the upcoming holiday time and Happy New Year!
