Partnership types

Future Processing created a two-level system of its Partner Channel: Silver and Gold. Both partnership types have been designed to support our partners in three areas: Sales, Coverage and Relationship, Marketing and Communication.

Silver Partner

The Silver Partnership is the entry point to the Partner Channel Programme. Silver Partners have access to a robust set of benefits enabling them to increase their impact in the technology market.

Future Processing

Gold Partner

The Gold Partnership is the second and the highest level in the Channel. It is available to partners who have demonstrated domain expertise in a specific industry or solution area and typically operate within a country, multiple countries or regional boundaries. Specific turnover criteria should be met to become Gold Partner. Gold Partners have access to an extended set of benefits enabling them to increase their influence in the technology world.

Sales

Both Silver and Gold Partners have access to sales tools including presentations, marketing materials, and handbooks. Partners can count on pre-sales support in the entire sales process and specialised training, having also access to an opportunity locking system. Technical support based on agreed T&C is provided for end users introduced by Partners for both types of partnership.

Gold Partners are additionally entitled to up to 40 hours of technical consultancy per year for free, have prioritised access to leads generated by Future Processing plus easier access to best practice templates and materials. Gold Partners can also expect more remunerative cooperation model and more attractive promotional incentives to benefit even more from cooperation with FP.

Coverage & Relationship

Every Partner after signing a contract is granted an access to a password-protected website, with up-to-date information regarding membership, marketing materials and credentials. Partners will also be invited to take part in a regular satisfaction survey during cooperation.

Flexible business models are provided for both types of partnerships. Gold Partners can count on dedicated account manager by FP side to make their business easier. They will also be invited to take an active part in a Partner Advisory Board and Annual Partner Conference to share knowledge and learn on latest market trends.

Marketing & Communication

Silver and Gold Partners have access to Future Processing’s Partner Kit and self-service marketing assets to enhance their position on a local market. Regular communication through various channels and social media content are supported.

Gold Partners have priority to create joint marketing campaigns and invest market development funds based on mutually agreed lead generation activities.
