Founded in 2000 in Poland as a software development company, we are a 1000-people strong team who delivers end-to-end services, from vision to reality, to clients globally.

Cool atmosphere and team spirit We want our employees to feel they are part of something bigger. At Future Processing, we help one another regardless of how well we know each other - it is through such relationships that we build our unique atmosphere, because at the end of the day, Future Processing is us!
Transparency and open communication With regular updates from the directors, all employees are kept up to date with the current situation of the company. Everyone has the freedom to express their opinion or ask a question on our intranet.
Partner relationships with the team and the team leader We celebrate successes together, learn from mistakes and help each other at every stage of project development. Team leader is always there for the team when they need support.
A culture of feedback Every quarter, team members discuss work goals and expectations together with team leader. This way they get to know their strengths and weaknesses and find areas for improvement. At Future Processing, we value critical, mature feedback that brings value.
Transparent career path Our team members have an insight into the system where they can see where they are financially and what their development prospects are. What's more, we operate an annual, transparent system of pay rises.
Growth opportunities Over the course of a few years, employees can work on projects in different technologies, domains and for different clients. If, after some time, they want to develop in another role or domain - we will provide the opportunity to do so.
We are open to change Apart from chatting to the management about everyday topics such as holidays or hobbies, you can also approach them directly if there’s something you don’t like. They will listen and act.
A comfortable work environment We allow employees to work remotely, choose their tools and set up their workspace. We trust their skills. We want to give them a greater degree of autonomy and independence so that they can achieve both project and personal goals.
Support departments serving our employees We're all hands on deck, so if our team members need to sort something out with accounting, HR or IT, all they need to do is just knock on the right door (or send a ticket).

Close to where you are

We are a global company with a heart beating in Gliwice, Poland. To be closer to our clients, we opened additional offices across Europe.

Our campus, called the FPark, is not just an office space. It is a place we created to meet the expectations of our team. Apart from comfortable offices and conference rooms, it houses a library, a kindergarten, a restaurant, a spa and a fitness club, which makes coming to work a real pleasure.

Mikołaj Gwóźdź

Chief Financial Officer

With the company since it had only a few people. Initially as a programmer and leader, over time, he became interested in strategic management, which led him to his current role as Chief Financial Officer. He is a member of CIMA and holder of ACMA and CGMA certifications.

Tomasz Ciapała

Chief People Officer

Chief People Officer responsible for support departments and for strategic planning in a dynamically changing business reality. Being with Future Processing since 2001 he emphasizes values related to empathy and cooperation.

Paweł Pustelnik

Chief Operating Officer

As a data-driven individual, with an insightful eye and an analytical mind, Paweł is a great Chief Operating Officer. He oversees Future Processing and its subsidiaries and does the forecasting and planning to ensure our strategy is spot on and the offer is relevant to our customers.

Michał Sztanga

Chief Executive Officer

As the Chief Executive Officer of Future Processing, Michał oversees the strategy of the company and outlines the vision for the years ahead. When working with our clients, he values transparency, honesty and an ethical approach which translate into building long-term, successful partnerships.
