Scope of work

We were tasked with conducting analysis and providing a specification for a brand new, internal system that will be used by Valeo employees all over Europe.

The specification document was based on knowledge gathered during two series of workshops that took place in France, in the physical location where several processes crucial to the system are conducted, and in Poland where the new solution concept was discussed and developed.

Knowledge acquired during these workshops, with constant input from the main stakeholders, was the basis for designing a solution answering both the business’ and the end-users’ needs. The aim of the requirements engineering phase was tosupport the ongoing business process with new, efficient solutions designed from scratch to improve it, but also ensure that they respect good practices that have been developed over the years.
