What the client needed
The Ministry of Finance in Poland introduced a new tax declaration with the aim of preventing tax fraud. Plaut needed to provide the users of SAP software in Poland with an easy and quick way of sending tax declaration to the system.
As SAP systems and the Ministry of Finance system have varying protocols (SOAP and REST) it meant there was no easy way for them to communicate. An additional complication was a tight deadline to implement the tool and a temporary lack of internal capabilities at Plaut in required technologies.
